Your prompt reply will be highly appriciated.

She can cancel your application by withdrawing as sponsor.
I suggest that you start talking again and sort things out.

The notes are the least of your problems.

Too much pride is not good for marriage. How could you not talk to your wife for TWO WEEKS? Besides your the guy so you are the one who should be making a way to make things okay and not the other way around.

I'm sorry, I know this is a bit off topic but I can't get over how sexist this comment is. We don't know what went one or what their argument was about. I agree that pride isn't a goo thing in a relationship, but I don't think that gender-roles are either! Just because he's the male in the relationship doesn't mean he should have to contact her. What about if he's attempted to and she's not answering? What about if she's changed his number, or if she told him to never talk to her again?

Anyway, I don't know about your notes. I suggest you call the CIC and ask them what you need in order to get notes on your application. I don't think that you should needs you sponsor's approval if you're only trying to get the notes on your PPR application. :)

Only a person IN Canada can get the notes. You will have to sign a release of personal information form, and have someone currently living in Canada in order to get them. There is a thread about the notes, you can get further information from it.

If you think that a man is the only one that can do wrong in a relationship and is the only person who should have to put their pride aside to fix it, I wish you good luck on your own. Ridiculous.
