Hello All,

I just realised I have a problem with my documents. My DOB and name in my birth certificate is not the same as all my official documents. My passport, SSLC, PAN card, Driving license have same date but it is not
matching with Birth certificate.

I'm really in a panick situation right now. Please advise how do I handle this situation and make everything work.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Darshan

Birth certificate is not requested anywhere for primary applicant as far as I know. So you should be good.

I have hired an immigration lawyer and they asked me to get the birth certificate for both me and my wife.

Please let me know how do I get a new certificate with date as per SSLC certificate, passport and others.

The DOB in birth certificate is actual date but so changed it in SSLCand thereon in all other official documents (Driving license, passport, PAN card)

Please advise

No where in EE do you have to provide a birth certificate. This is not a required document. Do not give it to the lawyer.

Sure .. thanks for the info.. would I need to produce during PNP nomination process??

Maybe, you need to check the requirements for the province for which you'll be applying to.

Birth certificate is required only in case of a child. You don't need to submit that

As other said birth certificate is not required. Passport is the main document and make sure all the other docs reflecting passport details.
