I’m badly in need of some advise and hope anyone can help me out.

I’m from South Korea and currently on a working holiday(IEC) which is about to expire this Saturday(16th of June). And planning to apply for Express Entry through Canadian Experience Class. To meet the criteria, however i need 3months more experience. Since the working under implied status is counted as an experience, i was going to apply for work permit extension without LMIA or Provincial Nominee just to buy some time.
But there’s a condition that if the extension is rejected(incomplete), the application is considered to have never been received, no implied status in granted.
The questions i would like to ask are:
Is there a way to get refused instead of rejected? Will it be enough to get refused If i prepare these documents(IMM5710,Proof of payment, photocopies of passport, open work permit, Employment number, health insurance)?
Is there any other ways i can stay here remain working?

Any advice would be highly appreciated! Thank you in advance!

No - there is nothing you can do to influence if you are refused rather than rejected. It's really a dice roll. Chances are higher than your application will be rejected as incomplete (since you don't have an LMIA) - in which case any work after the expiry of your IEC can't be counted as work experience towards immigration.

Other ways to remain here and work:
- Your employer obtains an approved LMIA and you apply for a closed work permit
- You are able to apply for another IEC
- You have a spouse who is here as a foreign worker or international student and can apply for a SOWP
- You switch to a study permit, complete at least an 8 month program full time and then qualify for a PGWP
