I have a question for my friend who wants to apply for extending study permit as a foreign student.
He tried to apply online, and scanned required documents and paste them to word file.
Then, he uploaded every file, and tried to open them to make sure they are properly uploaded.
But when he pressed "View Document" button,
it says "Internet exploer cannot download downloadDocument from eservicesak.cic.gc.ca. Internet exploer was not able to open this internet site, the requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again."
Is it normal, or should he be worried?
He tried with several other computers, but none of them worked.
If he can't open the files, immigration officers wouldn't be able to open them?
