Need URGENT help; Error with IMM 5645E Form; Applied Online visitor visas

Dear Members,

I have applied online canada visitor visas from Gujarat, India, which is normally being processed at Bangalore office. I have realized that I ommitted some parts such as Country of Birth and Occupation in some of the family members section, but have already uploaded the application on MyCIC and shows status as OPEN.

Wondering if there is any way I can rectify this error.

Your all expert advice and guidance is much appreciated. Thanking you in advance.

Hi,

When did you apply? Have these family members applied for TRVs with you?

If you applied very recently, you can send a Case Specific Enquiry to the Bangalore visa office requesting to let you withdraw your visa application because you have made some factual errors (country of birth for some of your family members). Do note that the decision to allow you to withdraw your application is with the visa office.

If processing has not started, the visa office may even refund some/all of the visa processing fees..... otherwise, you may not get a refund

Thanks for your detailed answer. I did applied on 20th august. I and my wife applied. I by Luke, just immured to mention country of birth for my parents and their occupation. I am going to send them case specific inquiry with updated forms and request and hope that they will take this into consideration. Thanks.
