I have question is it possible to claim 10 points for my bachelors in education section(Indian Degree Equivalent to Quebec) and 9 point for Area of Training section (Diploma in Quebec)?

I am sabina from nepal. I have completed my bachelors of nursing (2yrs) in 2014(15yrs of study). My age and husband age are 30 and 31 yrs respectively with one son with 8 yrs. my husband has passed masters in business study(MBS) major accounting. My work experience with related fields means in nursing field is 7 yrs in women's hospital.i hv academic ielts scores listening 5.5, speaking 6.0 reading 5 and writing 5.5. Do I need to appear gt ielts or does it works?
Another question is can I apply Quebec or not? Can you help me to count the points?? I would be thankful if i got answered of this question. Thanks

Hello,
Yes it is possible to get points for both. If you verify, the maximum points awarded for education is 26, and it has 2 parts :
"Niveau de scolarité" were you can get 14 max,
'Domaine de formation" where you can get 12 max.

If you add them togeher, 12+14=26, maximum allowed. As conclusion, you can only pick 1 of each category and they both count.
