Need Urgent Advice on PPR (May 2012 US Outland Applicant CPP-Ottawa)

Hello,

My wife applied for a PR as an American Citizen (Outbound). The process went well. Our application was launched in Mid May 2012.
We received the PPR (copies only) around 12th December 2012, we submitted the copies on the same day by express mail and got proof of signature of recepient.. and have not heard anything yet since then... its been almost 2 months since then.. we have been waiting to get her COPR but nothing has come through until now.. anyone on a similar situation?

Why didn't you email the copies/scans? Hard copy pages can get lost so easily...
