need to update address after settlement?

Finally settled in Calgary. Hard to find the apartment at the beginning, but somehow got one. Cars are very where, so populous. This city is packed with more than 1 million residents. My driving skills are so poor now compared to the local residents. They cut in, horn, ...

Anyway, Since I have moved to Calgary, do I need to inform CIC (I almost forget it since I got PPR, sorry) and update my address? This is mandatory? How to update? call, or online? Thanks.

If you already have your PR card and have no open applications with CIC, you do not need to update your address with them.
