I have applied for FSW and got request for passports from the LVO.
My local visa office is Vienna but me and my family are living in Canada at the moment. In the PPR mail they say I can sent passports to Vienna or to CPC Ottawa.
Now for Ottawa office they are providing me with only mail address where to sent them but no contact e-mail. Should I choose to sent them to Ottawa, all the remaining communication should be with Vienna office?
Should I just send them to Ottawa and inform Vienna office of that? Will vienna office inform me when the passports are sent back?
I am considering worst case scenario for example if there is a delay in visa stamping. At that point do I need to contact Vienna office or Otawa.
I don;t know which way is better?
I am thinking of sending the passports to vienna as they can be returned by curier service vs in Ottawa where they will be returned by Xpresspost which I beleive to be registerd mail service of canadian post. Can I trust Xpresspost?
Please advice what is the best way to go?
