The recommended amount would be

3 years of fees - CA$14563 * 3 = $43689
3 years Living expenses @ $10000 per year = $30000
Return airfare @ $1300

Total = $74989

This amount can be shown as a mixture of liquid cash, assets, earnings of sponsors...

This would put up a strong case. Also don't forget to mention on your SOP that you were rejected earlier due to lack of funds, and these are the funds available for you to study in canada
