The 600 points are no longer granted. The points system has changed. Expect to get 50 additional points only with a job offer.
Also, do not expect to get a job offer from job bank - pretty much zero chance this will happen.
To get the additional 50 points, you'll need to secure a job offer outside of job bank on your own. The employer offering you the job will also need to obtain an approved LMIA.
