My aunt lives in canada with her children morethan 6 years and now she is a canadian,
So she has just started working and have been working for past few months,
Se would like to sponsor me,
Does she has the right to sponsor me?

No, she doesn't qualify to sponsor you because she has children.

No, there is no easy way. You would need to qualify to immigrate on your own through an economic streams, which requires skilled work experience, higher education, high English or French scores etc.

As a refugee, you have no chance of approval for a TRV.

No, not really. You will have to qualify as an economic immigrant since family sponsorship is currently not an option for you, and neither is claiming asylum.

Of course, if you happen to marry a Canadian, you can be sponsored by your spouse. BUT this doesn't mean you get married simply to get a visa, that will never work. If you genuinely get married to a Canadian, then yes, you can be sponsored.
