Need to establish father child connection via goverment document

Hi guys the case officer has reverted on on SINP application asking to prove father child relationships of my sponsor ( the child). Is there any other specific document available in Canada besides birth certificate which has parents name on it. Below are the acceptable options they had given me:
-Birth certificate
-marriage certificate
-religious document
-any other government document
-educational document
