Need to change my Profile, I recieved ITA

Hello,
I made mistake in my profile.I have overall 3 years of experience in NOC skill labour, 2 years won't be accounted as I worked in DIfferent field.
I have score of 482 .I put experience as 5 years instead of 3 years, now I have received ITA .I need to change my profile, can i change my profile and remove experience.Will that affect my application?
