Hello People..
I need guidance for applying visitor visa... My cousin brother is inviting me to visit Canada in 2019 summers, he's Canadian citizen ... I am a student here in Pakistan and have visited Dubai and Oman... I have my bank accounts maintained, tax returns and Chamber of Commerce mebership too.. Is my case strong?

1. You would be applying too early. You could apply in March-April next year.

2. When does your study program end? Would you enroll for another higher study program or look for a job?

3. UAE and Oman don't count as travel history. You may want to travel to other visa-required countries such as the US, UK, EU, Australia, NZ before you apply for a TRV. That said, it is not necessary to travel abroad first before applying for a TRV. But in your case, you don't have a strong visa profile.

4. Are you financially supported by your parents?

5. Have you earned the funds in your bank accounts? Are you employed part-time?

6. A Chamber of Commerce membership won't help on its own. You need to prove your business/company is actively trading. What documents can you provide for this? And if you have a business, are you the sole owner?

7. Do you own property? Not transferred recently by your parents
