Hi Guys
I want to write the response to the fairness letter.
I need to lay out a plausible plan to off set the costs in Canada for chronic kidney disease.

How can I assure them that we won't be excess demand ?

So please give me your sugestions or any important point which comes to your mind.

I would also want some data of expected costs of services and drug prescriptions for kidney patients .If anyone knows anything?

Thanks in advance

I SUBMITTED SUCH INTENT PLAN TO ASSURE THEM THAT MY CHILD IS NO MORE BURDEN ON THEIR GOVERNMENT.I SENT THEM A CREDIBLE PLAN FOR THIS PURPOSE.

That's avery good news.It means if you have a credible plan you have hope.
Congratulations on your success.

During medical examination i find that they get blood for test and chest e-xrays and how they found about kidney malfunction .????? even though they do not ultra sound like that ........

They do the test serum creatinine. If the result is abnormal they can estimate at what stage the disease is.Then they can refer you to a nephrologist for further ultrasound and prognosis.

hi : i am on the same boat, after all the medical done we have got a letter from CIC that my son might be an excessive demand. he is 15 and has milestone developmental delay. you did applied for the fairness letter i need some advise . please my email is qureshiiram@gmail.com i will appreciate if you contact me and help me regarding that matter. thanks :)

Hi
I am sorry I didn't read your message earlier. I was not coming to visa forum.
I replied the fairness letter in September 2013.i did it my self.since than I am waiting for the reply and didn't get any so far.i hope its a good news for me.
I wll update you.
so how did it go with your case?

Hi everyone: I got the fairness letter and my Brother got refused after doing so much and provide documentation but nothing . its really heart breaking. I am very negative about CIC decision there is no humanity they show. if the person is taking all the responsibilities of his or her child for 5 years which is there requirement still not considering i have no idea what are they looking for. i applied for the notes let see what is on the notes and why the officer refuse the application than i will decide to go to Federal court. good luck to others regards

So sorry for this situation.
I haven't got any reply from cic after my fairness letter response . I have applied for notes to see whats going on.
Its been 6 months now.
when did you got reply and how long it took them to reply ?
I replied myself and lets see what happens.

hello Worried2008,

Did you have received any response from CIC regarding your fairness letter? I have sent them my response on Oct 16, 2013 and no answers to now. My notes, printed on March 20, 2014, shows no update. The only thing that my case officer called me on Dec 31, 2013 at 8:30am and asked me if I want CIC to assess my response. Is this weird!
No update no response applied 4 years ago.
Best wishes
