I am about to create Express entry profile. However, I have one question which is bothering me.

I was in the UK on a work permit then I applied for Entrepreneur Visa and got rejected in 2014 and then I went back home. I applied for Canadian Student Visa. In application, i have mentioned that I was rejected for Entrepreneur visa in the year 2014. I got my visa and I am here in Canada now.

However, I realize that I applied for USA student visa once in the year 2008 and got rejected. I forget to mention that in my student visa application. That was a geniune mistake on my side.

Now, What should I do in my current application? should I mention USA student visa rejection or not as i never mention it before in my any application (I.e study permit, PGWP).

2008 is a long time to forget it now or I must mention it in my application now?

Yes, you should mention it. The US and Canada share information so it's very easy to check on this.
