Need Suggestion !!

My wife applied for Visitor Visa on April 27 and Got AOR email on 29 at NDVO. We already have a PR application going on (in SA status). On-line it shows 6 days processing time. It has already been 7 days. Should we wait for few more days ? what should be the next step ?

Times posted are just a guide, not set in stone, not a commitment to fullfil the application in that time.

Wait at least 3 weeks before making any move.
