Hi All,

we have received medical request two days back
my questions are:
1. i am now in India and my husband is in Toronto. can i do the medicals here in India and my husband in Toronto?
can the medical tests be sent seperately although we filed the application together
2. i am planning to stay in India for another 5 months and if we get passport request in between ...how shuld we proceed in this case me being in India and my husband in Toronto??

any one with similar experiences.......???please let me know.

1. medical examination can be done in different countries. There is no problem. Get the receipts and courier tracking number from DMP office for your record.

2. Sending Indian passport in/out of country by post is illegal. Therefore I suggest your husband should come to India ( if your visa office is New Delhi) and submit the passport.

In tis case, u need 2 go to toronto.....there is no way u can send ur passport out of India......its illegal

You cannot submit pp from India to Buffalo as I mentioned in my previous answer.
