Need suggestion to boost my points

Dear Friends,

I am applying PR and my points are coming as 410 with IELTS Band 7. I have total 12 years IT Experience and been in Canada from 2012 SEP to 2013 NOV with IBM Canada (Toronto) as Full Time. Now I don't have job offer in hand (also registered in Job Bank) .

Could you please guide/suggest me- what are those other options, I can try out to increase my points to make a good entry in the pool and expect ITA.

Few ways to increase your CRS:
1. Retake IELTS
2. Get more education (preferably in Canada)
3. Job offer supported by LMIA
4. PNP
5. Learn French
6. Get more Canadian work experience
7. Reduce age (don't ask me how)

Improve your reading, writing and listening scores. A masters degree would boost your score too.

Just focus on IELTS and try to reach at CLB 9. You will get extra points for skill transfer and that would give major boost to your score.
