Need Suggestion regarding PR Path

Hi All
I need a suggestion from you guys on a matter related to my future. Actually I am
doing masters from UofC and I will be done by April 2015. My Visa expires in July 2015. I know I can apply for PGWP.

Actually I am offered a supervisor position in subway and along with that I have a very good job financially
in a warehouse (not full time). Thing I want to know is that in may 2015 can I APPLY PR ON THE BASIS OF
SUPERVISOR POSITION OR NOT??? It will be a full time supervisor Position in Subway.

One aspect is food supervisor position will not be accepted after this year that ends in may 2015.
so is there any other way a graduate degree holder can get PR on that position???
