Need suggestion on examination

Dear experts, Please guide me here ;

I have the below score of CELPIP
R - 9
L - 8
W - 8
S - 6

I need to redo the examinations.
If i do IELTS - will i be able to present both my scores in CRS ; Or it would be either CELPIP or IELTS.
