hi ..i (principal applicant)have passport but my spouse was not applied yet..boz of lack of d o b certificate..now we have n want to apply as early as possible..my passport office is chandigarh..we have less than three months now to submit the document..i m worried..we also tried for tatkal..but we dont know any higher authority..plz anybody can help me in this matter..
