Hi everybody,
I went through the PNP and then through EE, got ITA, applied, passed medical, all that stuff.
Last week a letter came saying that "processing of my application was almost over", and that I should submit my passport to the visa office in Mexico in order to get the visa. Hurrah! but...

I was planning to go on vacation to another country this Friday, so I need my passport for that. I wrote to the Mexico's email explaining the situation and asked if the 15-days period could be extended. I received an automatic reply confirming they got my message.
That was on Friday, now is Tuesday afternoon, and I haven't heard from them anymore.

Is there any way of calling Mexico office? or should I use the form on the CIC website? or write them another email? or what?
I'm getting really nervous.

How important is it for you to move to Canada? Not as important as delaying a vacation until you secure your visa?

Yeah, I tend to agree with BC4life here. I'm applying PR through an agent, and my agent advised me to avoid overseas travel until everything is approved and I've gotten my PR card.
