hello,

I want to apply for student visa but some one told me that I completed 30 years so its difficult to get visa under spp and non spp. Is it true? I competed BE comp. in 2005 with pass class and i have 5 years experiance in my field . please tell me the chances of getting visa

Whoever told you that is far away from reality.I have never heard/known of the age limit.

Nobody can tell you about your chances of getting visa.We dont know about your college/university/documents etc.

You need to identify a school first, then apply, get admission then start working towards getting the visa.

I wishyou knew how visa issues are stressing students in this forum.

Habil is absolutely right! You will hear so many things from so many people regarding these stuffs that you will feel like not taking any step for getting student visa. As long as you can secure an admission (yes sometimes, some programs in some universities does have age limits because of vigorous works that has to be conducted within the program), the visa officer will not care about your age. They will simply look at the documents (financial and stuffs) to see whether you are a genuine student and have the ability to pay for your education over there and that's it! There are people going in their 40s for PhD and even for Master degree. Get an admission offer, apply for the permit, get it, go to that person and laugh on his/her face :P
