need some helps on BOWP, please

I have posted about my questions regarding to BOWP.

I received AOR on: Aug 8, 2014
My PGWP expired on: March 5, 2015

I want to extend my open work permit here and in the form of Details of Intended Work in Canada. (I apply online)

1: Should I fill that section? what if I don't?
2: I don't have LMO, where should I get it when I don't think I can one.
3: What if I don't attach job offer?

I am also required to have medical exam too.

You do not need LMIA to apply for BOWP. i entered "Not Applicable" for this field.
Also, you do not need to send a job offer letter but if you have it then i suggest you send it. I sent my job offer and also mentioned what job i will be doing (i had been doing same job for over a year). I got open BOWP so no issues there thankfully. But i know people who got BOWP approved without job offer letter attached to the application.

a. can i still apply BOWP from my home country or do i need to be in canada to do so.
b. how long will it takes to get BOWP.

Hi, unfortunately, you have to be in Canada to apply for a BOWP.

No I wasn't asked for a medical.. Last medical I had was feb 2012

If u have a valid WP which is going to expire in less than 4 months, yes u can Apply for BOWP. Can u tell me when ur current WP is going to expire?

b. how long will it takes to get BOWP.
Depends when u applied.. I got in 65 days but I applied for paper basedin August. Applying online will take significantly less time but I didn't hv AOR thus applied paper based .

Hi,
as maniac2403 quoted, he can't apply for the BOWP from abroad. He has to fulfill both:
1 valid WP which expire withing 4 monts
2 be present in Canada
