Need Some Help!

I am in Los Angeles and i am not legally immigrant here. I need help if i can move to vancouver as provincial nominee. I have a 4 month old baby and a common law partner who doesn't have his papers too. I really need help badly if I can do this own my own.. where do i start? is this possible? how do I do this? Do i need to hire an attorney? Please helP!!!!!

Actually, the first thing you need is a job offer from a BC employer in a skilled job.

i just wish I can do something about this issue. I am trying to understand the procedure but i am having a hard time. I posted this because i was hoping somebody had experience this situation and would help me or advice me what to do. I can't rely on my relatives that residing in Vancouver.
