hello frds my frds visa is expiring this october so he will coming to india after that he wants to apply for phd in australia(he does not like the canadian weather).so he brought an iphone few months ago on contract which is of two years.if he leaves canada in october he will not complete the two yr period what should he do.if he leaves canada without waithout paying for iphone what will happen in future?he is very confused.someone pls guide.

Ask him to call his cell phone provider and cancel the contract... non payment will result in a bad credit history, recovery and ultimately a civil case... many people do it as it does not affect immigration applications... but best not to do it...
