Need Some Help regarding Spousal visa Program

Background: Currently, I have PR status in Canada and I am planning to marry a girl in India.My marriage is planned in month of April ,2019
All the procedures such as wedding functions will be done. I am planning for Candian spousal program for my wife. Also, I did met that girl in person in December,2019 and we had small roka ceremony during my vacation.
My question is Should I go for Court marriage?or marriage Certificate is enough ?

No, you should not do a court marriage. It is a red flag in India, particularly for arranged marriages.
