hi to everybody in this forum, glad that this site exist...just want some help regarding the additional requirements that the embassy wants us to submit. This is the case of my husband, he got married from his first wife and later on got the divorce then he was living in together with another girl but there was no marriage happen then after 10 years they were separated...truthful we are to all the forms we submitted so we included all this things to his form, we submitted his divorce paper on his first wife, but no papers were submitted regarding his second partner, now the embassy wants Certified copies of divorce papers from his second partner of which there was no marriage happen, can u pls help us what paper/documents we will give to the embassy, anybody's advice is well appreciated, thank you...

There are no documents to give them if there was no marriage there was no divorce so you can provide what they want if there is nothing to provide you must contact them to find out what they want.If there is any legal papers from his common law wife then supply thm if there is not then there is not.And you will need to email them and inform them he was in a common law relationship but was never married to the second.

hi thanks for the reply, yup we cannot provide anything to them since there was no marriage took place between his second partner...is it okey then if he will go to a lawyer and secure and affidavit stating the facts that i mentioned (there was no marriage)..thank you
