I created my express entry profile. My husband, Canadian baby girl and I are currently living in Canada. We both graduated from Canadian universities and I have Canadian job experiences. I am the main applicant and my point is 437. Therefore, have not got an ITA yet. My husband Doesn’t want to apply for express entry, he can apply for provincial nominee but he doesn’t even want to do that. So I decided to remove him from my profile and that will get me extra points to get the PR for me. My question is can I apply PR without him? If so do I have to select him as a non accompanying spouse? And what would I tell them about the reason for non accompanying spouse? I really need some expert advice. Thank you.
