Hi guys I’m a filipina I’m planning to apply a TRV and my sponsor is my fiancé.. his legally separated not yet divorce in Canada and my annulment here in PH still on going.. We met in canada through common friend when I was there for accompanying my employer since I was working in Hongkong bfore. Can I consider my partner as my common law since our relationship is almost 2yrs now.. and he keep visiting me every other month for 1yr and stay with our house for 1 month.now his getting busy in his work we decided maybe I can try to apply a tourist visa.. can I declared him as my common law partner that’s confuses me a lot since there’s a question in the form about my current relationship...

Common law means you have lived together continuously for 1 year so no.
 
Yes we live together only 1 month apart like every other month he flew here back again in Canada then after 2 weeks or 1 month flew again here he do it since jan. 2018 until now and more quiet expensive... is not yet considered as a common law partner he bought our house and financially he provide all... what about conjugal partner? And about the question in the form about my current relationship what is the best thing I should put there? Thank u

You would have to denied a TRV for you to prove that there are i migration barriers so you have a conjugal relationship. Sounds like you are engaged couple but boyfriend and girlfriend.
