Good day,

Im just new here. I only have some concern regarding my situatiin. Ive been working before in middle east for about a year. unfortunately i have unpaid loan with the bank there due to some personal matters. My question is since my passport was already new? is it possible not to include my work experience in middle east that they wont require me to avail police clearance? because im having hard time to get it unless i have to settle it all. what im trying to do is to have a settlement with the bank latet once i have opportunity to work in canada. so that im capable enough to do it.

Your expert opinion is highly appreciated. please guide me accordingly. thank you.
 
Having an unpaid loan is not a criminal matter and should not show up on a police report.

It is a very bad idea to lie to immigration about something in your past because if they find out, they can revoke your PR or even citizenship if you already got it.

You may ask how they would find out but they could. Anybody you consider your friend who knows about this today, even your spouse can at some point not be on friendly terms with you any more and decide to snitch on you to immigration.
 
Thank you. that is the main reason why i ask some opinion here so that you can guide me accordingly. i will try to get PCC in Manila once all my docements are completed so that i can find out if they will issue or not. hope it wont happen but what if they refuse to give PCC is there any way to continue my application?
 
They will not refuse to give you your criminal record, it is just a question if it will be clean or not ;)
