no one can predict visa chances it all depends on ur profile which is not bad for college, on luck , on ur financial profile, ur course selection etc. U should go for PG courses as u have bachelors and have experience. best way to know about colleges and their programs is to use google . Go to college website and see which college has the perfect course for u. dont entirely depend on this website do ur own research into college education in canada.

Your grades look good to go under SPP except the backlogs. Now it's your decision, you wish to go for masters or any PG diploma. For example, a project management in Humber is a one year PG diploma and gives the option to select two electives based your past studies/experience, for example in your case you can select PMPG 518 - Fundamentals of Construction Project Management and PMPG 519 - Construction Risk Management.

Visa guarantee is something no one can offer you. It depends on your entire application which includes your previous studies, work experience, IELTS score, funding, course selection etc etc.

So home work you need to do is;

1. Type of course you wish to pursue, PG diploma or Masters
2. Find a course that matches your past studies and work experience,
3. Which province you wish to land in here and is it college or Uni you wish to join

Then is your next move.

Best of luck.
