Need serious advise quickly ! NOC code correction.

Dear all, I need some advise - I will get straight to it - Thanks in advance.

I have applied as an Inland FSW with an AOR of August 25th. My Open Work Permit expires in the first week of February.

Reviewing my application, I think I have made a fundamental mistake; I listed the NOC I am applying for (also the NOC of my last job) as 0013 (Senior Manager). Reading the NOC descriptions in more detail, this NOC implies Executive Management in a company. More accurately, my NOC should have been the related NOC 0125 (Middle Manager). I have just submitted an CSE online with sincerest apologies and explaining in some more detail. My concern is that if my application is now rejected, I may have limited time to react in any way (given that my Work Permit expires first week of Feb.). What should my plan of action be? Should I:

1. Consult a lawyer to find out what other options I have?
2. Apply for a BOWP right now to buy some time? (If I do this, what will happen if I go on "implied status" and then my Permanent Residency application is rejected? How soon would I have to leave the country, and could I open another Express-Entry Profile with the hope of getting an ITA in 1 month?)
3. Open an second Express Entry application, and get a BOWP (after hopefully getting an ITA in 1 month)

Thanks for feedback! In quite a fix right now. Looking at timelines of other applicants on the job board, seems like a decision will be made in a week or so for my case.

In addition to the question above, is it okay to open a second Express Entry Profile (new account) if my current Permanent Residence Application is being processed?

I don't have answers to all your questions but there is something that you must know. You may not be rejected after all. You have already explained the mistake through a CSE. The change does not lower your points below the ITA cutoff and also does not impact the Minimum Entry Criteria.

"After an e-APR is submitted, an application cannot be refused due to a change in circumstance unless

the officer determines that the change occurred before the applicant submitted their e-APR and that the change would have caused the applicant to be refused under section A11.2: therefore, the application should be refused under section A11.2; or
the change in circumstance means the applicant no longer meets the minimum requirements of the program to which they are applying; therefore, the application may still meet the requirements of section A11.2 but can be refused for failing to meet program requirements."

Thanks for taking the time joelmath. I do hope that you are right and that my application goes through; it would be something I have been hoping for for the last 10 years and more.

I have just created a second Express Entry Profile; this will open up more options for me in case my original application gets rejected.
