My name is Junaid Ahmed live in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Actually, I like to discuss of my younger brother’s case who is living in Karachi, Pakistan and he is a Political worker and belongs one of reputed political party PPPP (Pakistan People’s Party Parliamentarian)
Now the problem is that my brother has been attacked by unknown people two times but fortunately he is safe, we also lodged FIR against unknown people, this news was also published in newspaper. The whole scenario I discussed with my Paternal aunty in Canada (she is living there as citizen with her whole family) and she advised me to apply for Canada as refugee for my brother and my aunt’s family agreed to provide full support in all aspects.
Now you are requested to please let me know the chances for the acceptance of this case and also let me know your fee for handling this case. My brother is 21 years old and has no any criminal records. He is working in one of reputed company as Network Engineer.

Please advice

Nil, as he is still in Pakistan, Canada doesn't process refugees "sur place" i.e. in their homeland.

PPP is in power. Its THEIR government. In karachi people are attacked daily. Who attacked him? MQM workers? Unless it is SECTARIAN violence, AND he is ALREADY in Canada, then the case is different. If he works for PPP (whos in power) he won't get an asylum.
