Need Police Check - Medical Request Coming?

I found out today that the report I got from the embassy for the police check was insufficient for CIC. And to top it off I contacted embassy today and they tell me it will be 4-8wks to get the report that CIC is wanting.

My question to all is, has anyone else been in this situation? Will my medical request come or is my case on hold until I get this report to them? Surely they see I'm no criminal from the report the embassy provided.

So frustrating after waiting this long just to get this. Why the heck did Sydney NS not catch this?

Is this the RCMP criminal record check? If so, I'm in that boat too lol. Still haven't gotten meds yet. I think ukei (another Septemeber applicant) is also in the same situation. Nothing to be alarmed at I hope...

There are quite a few people who have gotten their MRs before/at the same time as the RCMP check so I don't know how to interpret our timeline..
