I have got a friend preparing PR application for himself. I need an opinion of his situation if you guys can help
He worked with one company at NOC A level and NOC C with another company at the same time in Ontario. Worked full time at NOC A from feb 1 2013 to December 26, 2013, He started a second job NOC C on May 21, 2013 and was working part time at the second job while working 32 hours at NOC A
He moved to Alberta with the same company and same NOC A in January starting January 2 2014 and is working full time at the same position

Technically, he has finished more than 1 year experience

Question is - Does he need a job letter from both the managers (Ontario and Alberta ) although the company is the same but different managers but same job duties

If he doesnt mention the NOC C at all since he was earlier refused by CEC so he doesn't want any mess up this time. Is it OK to just mention both the NOC A jobs and leaving NOC C

Is it ok to have just one experience letter explaining he relocated to a different province but same company or should we get 2 separate job letters ?

If 2 separate job letters, then should we get the same job duties bcoz its the same position

Please help friends

Work experience gained under NOC C cannot be used to apply for CEC and hence there's no need to get a letter for this work experience. There's really no need to get 2 different reference letters as long as his work experience can be captured under one reference letter.
Why was your friend initially refused for CEC?

He was initially refused bcoz he was in NOC b at that time with the same company and VO wasn't satisfied with the job duties
He didn't ask for any documents
And just sent refusal saying m not satisfied with the reference letter
He applied through a lawyer and lawyer didn't really put the job duties according to the hrsdc website so it was kinda unfortunate for him
Not getting a second chance

Should we get two separate job letters one from Ontario for feb to dec 2013 and another from Alberta starting jan 2014 till present

Any suggestions

Wouldn't hurt, esp. if he has different supervisors.

Yes different supervisors so I was thinking he should get two letters
But will it hurt if we don't mention NOC c experience
