need more details about spouse with V1 visa

hello
I just got the W1 (worker) visa while my wife got the V1 (visitor) visa.
my NOC job type is A.

however:
1-is there anytime limit that she can stay in Canada per visit(for example can she stay over a year per visit using the V1 visa)
2-will my health insurance be covering her with V1 visa
3-can my wife apply for open work permit(as i have NOC job type A)
