NEED LITTLE HELP!

HI EVERYONE

need some help regarding visa filing under SPP hope you guys help me and suggest me something.
i am planning to study an advanced diploma from one of the SPP listed college in Ontario it's a 2 years course.
here is my education profile.
10th --- 67% ( 2005 passed out ) had one backlog but cleared in the supplementary exam.
12th --- 64% ( 2007 passed out ) had one backlog but cleared in the supplementary exam.
graduation --- 55 % ( 2012 passed out ) supposed to complete in 2010 year, had 2 years gap in between studies.
had 13 backlogs all together combined.
taking IELTS in couple of weeks.
* My core subjects in graduation are CHEMISTRY & BIOCHEMISTRY & BIOTECHNOLOGY.
* And im planning to study FOOD SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY. Which consist core subjects FOOD MICRO BIOLOGY & FOOD CHEMISTRY & FOOD BIOTECHNOLOGY & FOOD PHYSICS & ORGANIC CHEMISTRY & BIOCHEMISTRY ETC.

--positives--
* the course which im planning to study totally matches with my graduation subjects.
* having minimum requirements 67% in 10th and 64% in 12th and 55% in graduation.
* quite confident that i will clear IELTS as per requirements.
--negatives--
* had backlogs in all of my academics
* had 2 years gap in between my academics and 2 years after completion of graduation.

Guys need your help so badly.
So what are my chances of getting my visa approved under SPP.

You better have idea of your academic profile.
The only thing which you can do is, score good in IELTS and present your case in a super good manner. Write an excellent Statement of Explanation which justify every thing that you you got bad grades, you got backlogs so consistently, what you did during the gap, what are your future plans, how you will manage the things now as you are week in academics, etc....

Explain everything in a superb manner. Everything should be connected and well justified.
