Need link for checking CAP for 2171

Can anyone help me to get a link where I can check the status for the NOC 2171.

Many people update CAP has reached 500, 600,...., but how to check the status, as on date / today how much applications has been processed.

My file should have reached on Sep-25-2014. I have applied in 2171. There is no communication yet. Can you tell me what is the current status and how much is the possibility.
