Good afternoon everyone,

My name is Akash sharma from India . I need inquiry about spouse visa . I get study permit for sep intake in concordia university montreal, quebec . Now, i recently married last month and want to sponsor my wife . So , as i have already study permit . This way how i can sponsor her?? what are the documentation to show my relationship as last month we did court marriage?
I requested to all who have great knowledge about spouse visa please suggest me because my classes starts from 3 sep .
