PR will be difficult for you due to your age and the fact that you work in an industry that is not in demand in Canada.

Have you determined how many points you have under the Express Entry system to see if this is a realistic option? You need to score 470+ to have a decent chance of being selected. You can calculate your points here.

I would not recommend using a consultant. I would do this on your own.
