You would probably want to talk to a lawyer about the stayed charges. In that situation, the Crown chose not to prosecute for whatever reason and the will definitely show up on a criminal record check. That might hurt a PR application depending on the original charges. You may be criminally inadmissible.

Hi i need an advise actually my case is little bit complicated i got in canada in 2010 on student visa then i got work permit till 2015 after than i didnt get extention so i stay in canada till 2018 without any visa and got some criminal charges but at last all charges got droped but i got removed by cbsa by putting 1 year removal because i am overstaying . My brother is in canada and he is permanent residence and have is own truck repair shop .Is there any way i can get back to canada .

Your case isn't complicated at all. You came to Canada and abused the privilege and you were removed.

You engaged in criminality and the charges were likely stayed or dismissed so that Canada could legally remove you. You can't remove someone facing charges and it saves valuable time, energy and resources to simply rid the nation of criminals who cannot succeed here, and who actually impede others from doing so with their lawlessness. Your absence is actually a greater contribution to Canada than your presence.

What's complicated is you thinking that you might ever be welcome to return to Canada.

As already stated, immigration is probably the only option at this point in time, and only if your crimes weren’t serious in nature or make you inadmissible. If they were, that option is probably closed to you as well.

I stay in correction center for 6 months but my charges got dropped and some are stayed back i have no criminal record so that not gona be issue if i apply for immigration .thanks for giving info

You have a significant arrest record, spent time in corrections and stayed charges don’t mean you don’t have a criminal record. It means the didn’t pursue the charges. Really, you need to talk to a lawyer.
In all honesty, you aren’t really a desirable candidate for immigration to Canada. Your history shows a complete lack of respect for any laws. IRCC may decide you are to great a risk and likely to reoffend.

As said before, your only option is to qualify to immigrate on your own through an economic immigration stream like Express Entry.

I'm not a lawyer.

My untrained guess is that you have 0% chance of temporary residence in Canada, and a low chance of PR.

As was said above, your charges were likely stayed so that the government could deport you. If you somehow came back to Canada, I would expect the charges to be resumed and criminal proceedings commence.

You have a record, and stayed charges will show up on a record. If you were to be in Canada applying for anything, IRCC would not process your applications until the charges were resolved.
