Hi, a friend of mine was recently in a common law relationship with a man and removed her name from his papers, he had already been married quiet a few years back and the woman removed her name as well,he tried to do self sponsor which was denied and so my friend decided to help him and do common law as they were living common law for a year already but things changed and she removed her name do to treatment from him and infidelity issues. Now he had a court date with immigration and was giving a 30 day removal order back on June 13,2016 and has over stayed the 30 days. This man is causing my friend nothing but problems as far as children's services were called, case was closed after one visit, he has called the cops on her many times stating she hacked his Facebook, etc. Now my question is what can she do as far as getting him home sooner? I know it sounds rude but this man has been putting her through hell. Any help would be greatly appreciated as we are desperate as what she needs to do
