need information about cross verification.

Dear All,
i would like to know does Canadian government verify from all of our employer.
means it is necessary that they will ask about our Exp. from all previous and present employer.
in case of Exp. what documents we have to submit(Joining letter, exp. letter.)....actually one of my previous employer was closed. they didn't give me any salary slip.......but i have joining and Experience letter....... is it enough proof?

They can verify if they want, they check on random basis.

If your previous employer's company had closed, you file an affidavit giving explanation regarding its closure. Also explain that salary slips were not issued by company. Appointment and experience letters are fine. Tax returns of that period will be helpful.
