Need info. regarding dependant visa for my 1 year old baby

I am from India, myself, wife and first kid have PR, the second kid 1 year old doesn't. I am moving to Canada from Dubai next month to take up a job. Where to apply for the dependant visa for my 1 year kid in UK or India ? For my PR I had applied in UK office. Is it advisable to apply for temporary visit visa for the kid and convert to PR?

It is a tough situation sister. Most likely they will not issue a temporary visa to your kid.

You will have to go to Canada alone, and apply to sponsor your kid for PR. In the mean time your husband or you have to stay in Dubai or India to take care of your kid.
