I have applied dependent visa. currently waiting on medicals passed status under Family class sponsorship application applying from outside canada. My husband lives in Montreal, Quebec currently holding Permanent Residency. Firstly Now i want to know if i can apply for visitor visa to see my husband for our first birthdays after my marriage.
Secondly i have applied for PEBC (pharmacy evaluation exam Canada (1200$ payed) which is being held on July 4th and 5th, 2018 for now waiting for the confirmation letter from them (4 weeks over ). there are 2 confirmation letters that pebc provides (1. Application received confirmation (4 weeks) 2.Eligibility for PEBC exam confirmation(next 4 weeks minimum) to apply visa as student or temporary visa)
1.Should i wait for the second confirmation from PEBC or can i apply visitor visa now.
2. can i apply visitor visa or student visa?
If visitor Visa:
What should i mention in the purpose of the visit
a) visit family member b) other
can i mention other in the invitation letter include both situations or only family visit is enough.
3. As per the current status of application how many months i am expecting to complete my sponsor application.
4. There is a CSQ application for coming to Quebec province.
should i wait until i finish the provincial eligibility which takes 30 days after we apply but i need confirmation from Federal that i can apply for it. not sure how many days they take. to send one.
5. Are there any suggestions beyond my questions. Apologies for asking too many. As i am in a state of family emotion and profession career path. Dont want to miss both of them. Hope you understand and expect a response soon.
