Need i to call GOv for correct IMM5257 form?

Hi,
I was applied visa for tourism using imm5257 some years ago and have been Canada some times in short trip.

I just found that
1) For education, there is only 1 row, however, i have more than 1 degrees, shall i input more?
2) The working experience is requried for 10 years.. hwoever i gives 3 rows only.. For online application, seems no way to add "more page" in pdf file... shall i input more on employment?
3) for the working expereince, i have 2 months as contract during 1 year gap... this form asked me to input even if i am not working.. it seems for that 2months, i was just covered it with "taking care of my family" for 1 year..-------Not sure if this is ok if i will in the future apply for studies and EXPRESS ENTRY..

So i am strugging.. that if i need to write a email to immigration department to tell them my concern---------is that better becasue i tell them rather than they asked me? Or if i tell them now the futhure application will be deniied.. and they don't case if i tell them at first when i applied?

Are you talking about correcting a TRV application that you made several years ago, and was approved? If you are concerned about the potential impact of the information you gave then not matching with information you will be providing on a future application, write an explanation with the new application. Trying to correct a years-old TRV application is incomprehensible.
