i got the offer letter from gbc college... i am unable to get loan from bank because my property is on lease and i have no f.d.

can anybody help me to get the loan from bank...

Hey Prince...

I am facing the same exact problem ...in my case I got to know that property is leasehold when I went to the bank to apply for loan. I am trying to figure out something to get an FD in place though it's abit risky and requires a lot of running around....but not going to push myself beyond a lmit...

I just my go for May 2012 session...after I get my property's status converted...
